4. Reduction & Reproduction:
The Purification System applies the reproducable & reducible purification material by automatic system control. To achieve the reduction & reproduction, it should connect the power and be supplied with hydrogen(5-10%) with inactive gas mixed.

5. Mis-operation Avoid:
Apply the PLC program control system to detect the working condition of environment & machine. And the system will indicate with the Operation Error or Condition Inadequate alarm if there’s any problems to ensure the safety & convenience.
