1. Descriptions:

Nitrogen generator, refers to the use of compressed air as raw material, the use of physical methods to separate oxygen and nitrogen to obtain nitrogen equipment. Industrial application of nitrogen generator, according to the different classification methods, can be divided into three kinds, namely cryogenic air separation, molecular sieve air separation (PSA) and membrane air separation.

Nitrogen generator is designed and manufactured according to pressure swing adsorption technology. Nitrogen generator with high quality imported carbon molecular sieve (CMS) as adsorbent, using pressure change adsorption principle (PSA) at room temperature air separation to produce high purity nitrogen. Usually, two adsorption towers are used in parallel, and the imported pneumatic valve is controlled by the imported PLC to operate automatically. Alternately, pressure adsorption and decompression regeneration are carried out to complete the separation of nitrogen and oxygen and obtain the required high purity nitrogen.

Imported PLC control automatic operation, nitrogen flow pressure purity adjustable and continuous display, can realize unattended.

Metal heat treatment process of shielding gas, chemical industry to produce gas and nitrogen purification of all kinds of storage tank, pipe, rubber, plastic products production gas, exhaust oxygen packaging for food industry, beverage industry purification and cover gas, pharmaceutical industry nitrogen-filled packaging and container filling nitrogen oxygen, electronic components and semiconductor electronics industry production process of shielding gas, etc. The purity, flow rate and pressure can be adjusted stably to meet the needs of different customers.

Special nitrogen generator for food industry is suitable for green storage of grain, food nitrogen packing, vegetable preservation, wine sealing(can) and preservation, etc.
