Ti Flange is a kind of transition metal with silver luster, its high tensile strength, low density, non-toxic, non-magnetic, high-strength chemical element. It provides excellent welding performance and has high resistance to oxidation and corrosion. For these applications such as electrochemical etching and many other specifications are available, these flanges provide a wide range of strength and fracture toughness. This allows the choice of alloys that can be induced in severe applications. It is controlled by strength and hardness. These flanges exhibit excellent pitting and crack corrosion resistance and are relatively unaffected by sea water. Titanium flanges can be treated to provide high fracture toughness and reduce degradation. These materials have good resistance to stress corrosion cracking. It has a lower weight and density flange, resistance to general corrosion and fatigue corrosion

　 Used for titanium welded neck flanges and grade 2 titanium sliding flanges for titanium pipes and titanium pipes. The dimensional tolerance conforms to ASME B16.5. The inner diameter of the grade 2 titanium alloy flange conforms to the standard ASME B36.9M Sch-40S wall pipe. Other inner diameters can be provided according to special orders.
