Overview
European-style box-type substations(MV/LV Prefabricated
Substations) arrange high-voltage, distribution transformers,
low-voltage power distribution devices, and electric energy
metering equipment into a compact power distribution device
according to a certain circuit plan, with a small footprint.
device installation
(1) The location of the box transformer should be close to the load
center. According to the load distribution of the district, the
load moment is calculated to determine the load center. The box
transformer should be installed near the load center. Power loss
≤12%, improve voltage quality Convenient operation and maintenance
(2) Strong vibrations and shocks are not allowed in the use
location of the box substation, and no large electromagnetic
induction intensity is allowed. For the buried circuit of the box
substation, the laying path of each circuit outlet should be
arranged, and the safety distance to the underground facilities
should be arranged. , And does not affect the long-term development
of the power supply area;
(3) The place of use must not have explosive dangerous substances,
and the surrounding medium must not contain gases that corrode
metals and destroy insulation and conductive media;
(4) The vertical inclination angle of the cabinet installation
should not exceed 5°, the outdoor wind speed should not exceed
35m/s, and the relative air humidity should not exceed 90% (25°C);
(5) The installation of box substation does not require the
construction of a control room and corresponding workshops. There
is no structure for 10kV equipment and a small area. The site only
needs to make a reinforced concrete foundation according to the
size of the box substation provided by the manufacturer;
(6) Appropriate lifting equipment should be selected for hoisting
according to the standard weight and relevant safety regulations.
The angle of the hoisting wire rope is less than 60°. When
hoisting, the rope should be used to pull the box diagonally to
ensure its stable position;
(7) The European box transformer has been debugged before leaving
the factory, only need to connect the box transformer high voltage
and low voltage cables to the box transformer;
(8) Lightning rods should be arranged around the cabinet and the
main transformer, and the equipment should be within its safety
protection range. The grounding grid should be buried before the
prefabricated foundation, and the grounding resistance should be
less than 4Ω. Connect the ground terminal of the box firmly to it;
(9) Since the European-style box substation has reached the
technical requirements of unattended operation, there is no need to
set up background equipment. When operating, it is necessary to
consider strengthening the anti-theft.
