Product Overview
The fire control cabinet mainly consists of the main power supply
circuit breaker, AC contactor, programmable PLC, intermediate
relay, touch mode screen and other electrical components.When the
control cabinet control system receives the fire control signal or
network pipe pressure and pool level of the control center, the
fire pump is immediately started or stopped to realize the function
of automatic pump opening and stopping, and can store all work
records and fault records.
Our company has independently developed an automatic fire control
cabinet integrating alarm, monitoring, control and management, and
has been put into production and use. When fire occurs, the fire
signal, automatically start the pump. In case of control cabinet
failure, the mechanical emergency start device to force the pump to
achieve fire extinguishing function.The product complies with the
technical specifications of the national standard GB 27898.3-2011
and is inspected and certified by the National Fire Engineering
Technology Research Center.

- Advantages And Disadvantages Of Direct Startup
Advantages:less required elements, simple start mode, more suitable for small
power motor.The current directly started by the motor is more than
5 times that of normal operation. In theory, as long as the line
and transformer capacity providing power to the motor are more than
5-7 times the motor capacity, they can be directly started, and
most of the small capacity motors are directly started.
Disadvantages: For large-capacity motors, on the one hand, it is difficult for
the line and transformer capacity providing power supply to meet
the conditions of direct motor start, on the other hand, the
powerful starting current shocks the power grid and the motor,
affecting the service life of the motor, and is adverse to the
power grid.

Advantages: little impact on power grid voltage fluctuation, small impact on
power grid, good protection on electric motor, extend the life of
electric motor, and more suitable for high power and heavy load
motor.When the motor is directly started at full voltage, the
starting current will reach 4-7 times the rated current. When the
capacity of the motor is relatively large, the starting current
will cause a sharp drop in the power grid voltage and affect the
normal operation of other equipment with the power grid.When the
soft start, the start current is generally 2-3 times the rated
current, and the voltage fluctuation of the power grid is generally
within 10%, so the impact on other equipment is very small.
Disadvantages; high investment, high environmental requirements for use, and low
overload capacity of electronic original.
