Main function and features
It makes use of voltage-reducing function of auto-transformer,steps
down the starting current of electric motor,let the acceleration of
motor close to the rated rotary speed,guaranteeing normal running
of motor,and reduces effect of starting current to the transmission
network. The circuitry has protection functions against
overload,under-voltage or open-phase, it also is able to cut off
the power supply of motor by manual,it really is the ideal
substitute product instead of XJ01 series starting box.
Application
JJ1 (XJ01) and JJ1B series self-coupling decompression starting
cabinet is suitable for three-phase squirrel cage motor of
AC50Hz/380V with power up to and including600kW,used for
self-coupling decompression starting,running and stopping control.

Mode of operation:
1. Automatic operation: close the automatic switch, power on, red
indicator light, switch the conversion switch to "automatic"
position: press "start" button, motor start start, red light out,
yellow light on: after the owed current relay or time relay
automatically switch to full voltage operation, yellow light out,
green light: press "stop" button, motor stop operation.
2. Manual operation: close the automatic switch, power on, the red
indicator light on, switch the conversion switch to "manual"
position; press "start" button, red light off, yellow light,
"operation" button when the motor speed; when the motor starting
current is less than 1.5 times the rated current, the time relay
forced switch, motor to full pressure operation, when the yellow
light is off, green light, press the "stop" button, the motor stop.
3. Use the "remote control" operation mode: the remote control
"start" signal and "stop" are connected to the corresponding
terminals according to the principle wiring diagram, and the remote
starting cabinet can be controlled according to the automatic
operation method.
Service environment:
1. The ambient maximum air temperature shall not exceed + 40
degrees, and the minimum temperature is not less than-5 degrees.
2. The mean value of the ambient air temperature for 24h does not
exceed + 35 degrees.
3. The elevation of the installation site shall not exceed 2,000 m.
4. The average monthly air humidity is not greater than 90%.
5. In an environment where there is conductive pollution or leads
to dry nonconductive pollution due to desired condensation.
