Integrated intelligent visual hardness meter, just operate a touch
tablet computer, easy to handle the measurement! And all the
parameters required for testing can be selected, modified and
analyzed directly on the computer. PC end is connected with the
hardness meter by communication protocol to realize the control of
the mechanical motion part of the hardness meter, which can be
realized: automatic multi-function tower position, automatic
identification of objective lens and pressure head, automatic
loading, automatic load keeping, automatic unloading, light
brightness. Through the link built-in CCD measurement acquisition
system, can display the clear indentation image dynamic on the PC
in real time, but also can directly lock the indentation to measure
the hardness value automatically, save the test data automatically,
generate the report. Operation

The side rocking lifting wire rod adopts worm gear and worm
