Description:

PCD cutting tool blanks consist of PCD layer integrally sintered at ultrahigh pressure and high temperature to a cemented tungsten carbide backing. They have the high hardness and abrasion resistance of nature diamond, and combined with the toughness that of tungsten carbide. Their life are 10 to 100 times of tungsten carbide cutters.

The CBN/PCD insert are made in Chinese factory. Our aim is to reduce your cost and improve the work-effiency by our technical service. We are offering you both standard/special cutting tools either under CHNTOP label or your own label.
