Working process
Put the empty bottleneck into the pedal and pull the cap and Put
the barrel in flushing base, 1 arrow above cover plate, blunt begin
automatically flush work, open the cover plate is flush to stop,
then Put the empty into the washing box with brush, close the cover
plate, brush barrels began to work, open the stop,Take out the
bottle around 10 seconds, a process is over.
Checking the power supply and air pressure before turn on the
machine, motor steering right or not, if not, please use machine
after excluding the malfunction.
Instructions
1. Putting the bottleneck into the pulling machine chuck and press
it to site.
2. Stamping pneumatic valve pedal, the gas tank drive chuck and
then pull the cap.
3. Loosening pedal, gas tank lift up, taking down the empty bottle
when pulling machine chuck open.
4. Please stamp pneumatic valve to pull the cap if the first
failed, if the cap can’t be pulled out, this cap is difficult cap,
loosen pneumatic valve and take down the cap coercively.( this
situation seldom happened )
5. Putting the empty into the washing bottle machine, close door,
then the machine work automatically.
