Introduction of freezing drying machine
The main components of the vacuum freeze dryer are divided into two
parts, the freeze dryer and the cold trap, and the
peripheral components are divided into two parts, the vacuum pump
unit and the refrigeration unit. The freeze-drying warehouse is
made of partitions and 6063 aluminum alloy.
The surface treatment of the partitions is anodized. The number of
partitions in the freeze-drying warehouse is set at +1, for
example, 10 layers are 10+1, and 12 layers are 12+1. The 17th floor
is 17+1 the function of the cold trap is to catch water, and the
temperature of water catching is -35～-75℃. The vacuum pump unit is
afraid of water and high temperature, and the production
temperature range is -35℃～100℃.
