Fibrillated Twisted or Non twist Standard/Commen/FR polypropylene fillers for cable and wire

The cable is generally composed of three-phase wires or more. There is an insulating layer between the phases and a circular protective and insulating layer. The circular circumference is short and its strength is high, but there is a gap between it and the three-phase wire.

After filling these gaps with fillers, this undoubtedly completes the circular shape of the outer protective layer, achieving the purpose of high strength and stable structure.

Generally speaking, the main function of the cable filling rope is to keep the cable round and improve the roundness of the finished cable. At the same time, the filling rope can also assist in improving the cable's anti-stretch and anti-sway function.

In addition to these basic functions, for flame-retardant cables, the filling rope itself should be made of flame-retardant material to further improve the flame-retardant performance of the finished cable

Flame retardant and high temperature resistant filler rope used as non-hygroscopic flame retardant material for cabling filler in flame-retardant power cable, flame-retardant mining cable, flame-retardant marine cable, flame-retardant silicone rubber cable, fire-resistant cable, fire(oxygen)-insulating layer cable and other cables requiring flame-retardant and high-temperature resistance.

In particular, the performance is better in class A flame retardant medium-voltage power cable filling which does not occur oxidation when contact with copper tape.
