Machine Features:
The-whole machine consists of the material rack part, the upper
nose line part, ultrasonic edge banding 1 , spray letter and LOGO
two sets, automatic sponge nose foam sticking, edge folding,primary
trimming, ultrasonic edge banding 2,head band installation,
secondary trimming, finished product blanking, Non-material product
detection, automatic packaging,servo motor, ultrasonic welding
technology to complete production.
1.Material rack part: automatic feeding, The material wheel is
designed with a brake device,Material tension can be adjusted.
2.Nose bridge section: the cylinder is welded by ultrasonic wave,
and the nose bridge isautomatically conveyed
3.Shape welding part: the mold is matched with ultrasonic wave to
complete the texture welding.

5.Shape cutter part: customized cutter, roll-cutting forming.
