Flocking method of spunlaced non-woven fabric:
(1) Gluing: Apply the molten hot melt adhesive on the outer surface of
spunlaced non-woven fabric.
(2) Flocking: The use of static electricity to implant the villi on the surface
of spiny non-woven fabric, flocking room heater.
(3) Dehydration treatment: The spiny non-woven flocking fabric completed with electrostatic
flocking shall be soaked in water and treated with centrifugal
dehydration.
(4) Drying: Put the spiny non-woven flocking fabric in step 3 into the dryer
to dry, and finally roll it. Through soaking water treatment and
centrifugal dehydration treatment, the weak bonding wool on
spunlace non-woven fabric is easy to be eluted out, which is
conducive to improving the flocking fastness of spunlace non-woven
flocking fabric, so that the wool on spunlace non-woven flocking
fabric is not easy to deflock.
Spunlace nonwoven volume is better, because in the process of its
production to netting extrusion nor add adhesive, on the other hand
because of reticular fiber structure, so there will be a stronger
spunlace nonwoven mechanical strength, has now reached the textile
strength about 85%, can also according to the purpose of spunlace
nonwoven fiber can also be blended with other fiber.
