Corn Flour Fiber Separator Gravity Arc Sieve Processing Equipment
Gravity arc sieve is highly efficient fine sieve which is used in
washing germ or corn.It is widely used in corn starch processing
plant.
Working principle
Slurry from the nozzle to a certain speed (15 to 25 m/S) by the
sieve surface tangent into the concave surface, the high feed speed
make the material on the screen by centrifugal force, gravity and
screen the role of resistance for the material, material by one
screen to another screen of process, the bar is a sharp blade
material cutting action, the starch in the material and a lot of
water through a sieve seam become undersize,while fiber fine slag
flowed from the sieve surface end and be on the screen.
