304 Intermediate Crimped Wire Mesh for Barbecue Grill
Intercrimped weave is a type of pre-crimped weave that both of warp
wire and weft wires intersection occur at the points of every odd
number (three, five, seven etc.) crimps or corrugations, and the
larger opening size with the more number of crimps. The
intercrimped weave allows for square and rectangular openings in a
variety of sizes, and usually provide larger openings in relation
to the lighter wire size.
Because it provides good stability, tightness of weaving and
maximum rigidity, this kind of wire mesh is widely used in barbecue
grill. The crimped mesh used as a barbecue grill is usually woven
with stainless steel wire or galvanized wire. Stainless steel wire
can be used repeatedly because of its high temperature resistance,
no deformation, no rust, non-toxic and tasteless. Compared with
stainless steel crimped wire mesh, the cost of galvanized wire
crimped mesh is much cheaper, so galvanized wire crimped mesh is an
ideal material for many disposable barbecue grills.
The mesh range of the crimped mesh used to make the barbecue grill
is usually 9mm-12mm, and the diameter of the wire is 1mm-2mm. We
