Drying Rate Tester-Air Flow Method,a fully automated testing
machine, is based on the requirement of US AATCC200 testing
standard, specially developed an automatic fabric drying rate
tester.
- RF4008AF is fully automated high-tech product.
- The equipment equipped with high precision hot-wire anemometer,
IR thermocouple, Water content sensor, precision water dripping
system, precision air flow control system, to ensure the accuracy
of the test data.
a) Automatic specimen clamping.
b) Automatic water drop detection, it detects the water penetration
accurately, thus to ensure the fully automatic measurement of the
Max. water absorbency.
c) Automatic water dosing system, drops water to the specimen
surface accurately.
d) Automatic air flow control, provide stable air flow to the
specimen.
e) Precision IR thermo sensor, monitoring the temperature of
specimen surface.
- RF4008AF is connected to PC, data is transferred to PC software
and displays the curves and data table, and the report can be
printed.
- PC software calculates the dry time and drying rate
automatically.
- RF4008AF has wide range of air flow and water dripping amount.
It's not as simple as meeting the standards, it is more suitable
for the needs of fabric development enterprises or research
centers.
