The HZS60 mobile concrete mixing plant is a concrete production equipment that integrates the material storage, weighing, conveying, mixing, unloading and automatic control systems of the concrete mixing plant into a trailer unit.

Technical Parameters

HZS60 mobile concrete mixing plant components:

1. Main engine chassis: a cantilever-shaped mixing main engine chassis. The chassis contains tow truck traction pins and parking legs; the mixer, cement and water admixture weighing scales are placed on the chassis; inspection walkways, railings, etc. are attached to the surroundings .

2. Peripheral components: Cement silo and screw conveyor. Peripheral components are integral parts regardless of work or transportation, so they can be transported and disassembled as a whole.

3. Control box: mobile concrete mixing plant, the control room is used as the front support point of the whole station when it is working, and the control room is stowed and stored in the inner space of the bracket during transfer and transportation; the control line does not need to be disassembled. 

4. Mixing host: Generally, JS type compulsory mixer is used, which can evenly mix and complete the fluidity and dry hard concrete.

5. Aggregate batching measurement: This system is located at the back end of the whole station. The upper part is an aggregate (sand, stone) storage hopper. The storage hopper can be divided into 2 or 4 grids, and a heightening plate is set to increase the storage capacity. Open the door one by one, the aggregate measurement is a multi-material cumulative measurement method. The bottom is equipped with a walking rear axle and frame legs for working. 

6. Belt conveyor frame: This frame is a truss structure connecting the mainframe chassis and the aggregate batching frame. It is equipped with a belt frame; the main frame, belt frame, and batching frame are combined to form the main structure of the entire mobile mixing plant.
