Huatao paper cup forming machine is an automatic multi-working-station machine with photosensor detecting, failure alarming and counting function. It is available for making single PE film coaded paper cup against the procedure of automatic paper feeding, sealing, silicon-oil lubrication, bottom punching, heating, knurling, curling and cup discharging. Single PE film coaded paper cups are popular for tea, coffee, mil, ice-cream etc.

8. The machine adopts simplified process system, combining paper feeding, sealing, bottom paper feeding, up cup, heating, cup bottom rolling,cup bottom knurling, cup top curling, cup discharge, detection, automatic counting, cup collection in one.
