How Does Red Light Therapy Work?

or laser with a red light. A part of your cells called

recommend 10-minute sessions for each
desired treatment area at a distance of approximately6 inches from
the device.
●Should I wear eye protection?
Eye protectionisn't necessary, but we don't recommend looking
directly at the LEDs as it can be uncomfortable until your eyes are
accustomed to the light. For this reason, we recommend closing your
eyes until you finish it. That it's comfortable to open them.
●Why do the near infrared LEDs on my light look like they're not
working?
Near infrared lightis invisible to the naked eye. red (660 nm) and
nearinfrared(850 nm)L EDs powered by the same supply. So if
there was ever an issue, the red LEDs would be affected and visibly
malfunctioning as well.
●Can i wear clothes when using the therapy light?
You can wear clothes during your treatment sessions, or you can be
nude. Just make sure the area of your body that you're treating
which is fully exposed to the light and not covered by any clothing
.
●Is it safe for children to use the therapy light?
Clinical studies have shown light therapy to be safe. However, we
recommend consulting with a healthcare professional if you have any
concern.
