Aluminum composite panel structure:
PE core: We have PE cores with various standards, including brittle
and non-brittle gauges. It cannot be broken from either side or
both. We also have white cores according to your requirements.
Aluminum coil: We have our own aluminum coil factory, which can
handle different grades of aluminum coil according to your
requirements. Coils are coated with high quality PE or PVDF paint
to ensure superior paint adhesion.
Polymer film: Imported polymer film is used for lamination to
ensure maximum stability of the compound and is not easy to peel
off.
Protection Film: We apply a protective layer over the finished ACP
for extra protection. We have clear films, branded films, etc. You
can decide for yourself.
