3.5 Inch Type A Puncher With Spare Parts
I. Overview:
The punch in the A-type tubing piercer is seated in the conical
wedge groove. After the tool is lowered to the predetermined depth
of the tubing and seated, the shear pin is gently shaken down, and
then lifted up, following the conical wedge. Ascending, the punch
is squeezed out and the tubing is punched through. After half of
the stroke of the tapered wedge, the punch is started to be
retracted, and then the punch is lifted up and the tool is taken
out.

III. Structural features and use:
The blasting method is not used when the tool is used, which
eliminates the possibility of shooting through the casing; the
safety release mechanism can take out the perforator when it is not
perforated without any danger; it has strong tubing penetration
ability; it can automatically shrink after perforation Back punch
and release automatically.
A-type tubing piercer is generally only suitable for ordinary
tubing piercing. When in use, the weight of the weighting rod is
generally 13-15kg. When piercing, it does not need a strong upward
shock.
The main structure includes body, bracket, bushing, punch,
cylinder, spring, positioner, positioning pin, lower joint and so
on.
IV, matters needing attention:
1. Before drilling, check the material of the tubing. The tubing
with a softer material is not suitable for drilling with a
mechanical punch.
2. Replace damaged parts in time.
