Features of 45# hydraulic oil cylinder tube:

Honing Process is a special form of grinding.

It is an efficient addition and seiko method in grinding.

This process can not only remove large machining allowance,

but also is an effective machining method to improve the dimension accuracy,

geometric shape accuracy and surface roughness of parts.

It is widely used in automobile parts manufacturing.

The machining accuracy of 45# hydraulic oil cylinder tube is high
Especially for the through-hole of some medium and small honing tubes,

the cylindricity can be less than 0.001mm. Some parts with uneven wall thickness,

such as connecting rod, can have a roundness of 0.002mm.

For large holes (aperture above 200mm), roundness can be up to 0.005mm,

if there is no ring groove or radial hole, straightness up to 0.01mm/1m is also possible.

Honing is more accurate than grinding, because the bearing supporting the grinding

wheel is located outside the honing hole during grinding, so there will be deviation,

especially for small hole machining, grinding accuracy will be worse.

Generally, the shape precision of 45# hydraulic cylinder tube honing can only be improved.

Some necessary measures should be taken to improve the position accuracy of the parts.

If the verticality of the end face and axis of parts is improved with the panel .
