The process flow of galvanized sheet is as follows:
1. Firstly, the cold-rolled steel plate is degreased by alkali
washing and water washing, and then it is annealed in the
horizontal (vertical) heating furnace with radiant tube heating
after drying, and a certain amount of hydrogen is introduced into
the furnace to create a reduction atmosphere in the furnace.
2. The steel strip heated to a certain temperature is immersed in
zinc solution for hot galvanizing under certain conditions.
3. To control the size of the flower zinc, use the small liquid
zinc method to control the diffusion of zinc in the product.
4. After hot-dip galvanizing and cooling, the surface is smoothed,
and the surface is passivated or directly produced into color
coated coil plate according to the use.
