1- Water treatment system

2- Decapping machine

BG-300 model automatic decapper is special equipment for 5-gallon
retrieving barrel. It does not damage caps. This machine adopts
computer control and its capacity can be adjusted. 304 stainless
machine frame and machine body.

3- Automatic barrel outer brushing machine

Function: clean the external of 5 gallon bottles with brush and
water
1. Rotary style to wash the bottle body.
2. Material of machine frame and body: all 304 Stainless Steel.
3. Water pump: with 304 stainless steel pump
4. No bottles, no washing
5. The machine is made of excellent stainless steel with the advantage
of easily-rinsing and corruption-resistance.

4- Barrel loading part

1. It is controlled by PLC. The sensors feedback the signals to
PLC. Under the condition of wrong-positioned bottles, it will stop
automatically. Then it will run again when the bottles in the right
positioning.
2. the chain conveyor transfer the bottles go to the feeder,the
sensors feedback to the PLC ,then air cylinder acts, the bottles go
in to the filling machine automatically.
3. The bottle feeding process will not damage the bottle edge at
all.

5- Steam Shinking and Labeling Machine

It is used to sleeve the shrink labels automatically, and can save
the labor and improve the production efficiency

6- Automatic Film Wrapping Machine

It is used for bagging the 5 gallon or 20L bottled water
automatically, It can save 1-2 labors to reduce the labor cost
