Information
PVC ceiling wallboard production line is mainly used to produce PVC
ceiling with different section shapes and heights and PVC wallboard
with width of 200mm, 250mm and 300mm. The surface of PVC ceiling can be printed in two colors and coated
with gloss oil, or heat transfer printing or lamination treatment
can be used to form marble and wood patterns on the product
surface.

Features
PVC profile production line can produce PVC window profile, door
frame, plate, ceiling, etc. The machine can also produce wood plastic profiles (WPC).
To produce PVC profiles, a high-speed mixer should be equipped to
mix PVC powder, CaCO3 and other additives according to your
formula. The mixture is then fed into a conical twin-screw extruder for
production. The mixed material will be extruded through different dies to
produce profiles of different shapes. Then use the vacuum calibration groove to calibrate and maintain
the shape, and then drag out the cutting. You can cut different lengths, 4 meters, 6 meters and so on.
In order to ensure the quality and good performance of our machine,
we use Siemens Bede brand extruder main motor and ABB frequency
converter for speed control.
