Box Flexo Printing Machine Introduction

This equipment can complete the multi-color printing, creasing, grooving, trimming, corner cutting, die cutting, punching and other processes of cardboard at one time. The equipment adopts adsorption paper feeding, the host and fan inverter control the start and stop, the high-power dust removal fan cleans the surface of the cardboard, the main touch screen and the side touch screen use the PLC programming system to control each part, and realize the man-machine interface to control the operation of each part.

Main units

Paper feeding unit The left and right baffle of the cardboard adopt the electric adjustment distance, which can be electrically controlled in the same way as the left and right according to the contract or separately controlled. The cardboard tractor adopts electric front and back adjustment to adapt to the width of the cardboard. The front baffle is manually synchronized lifting, which is simple, reliable and easy to operate.

Printing unit The phase of the printing roller adopts a frequency converter electric system, with 360° phase adjustment, which can be applied in both running and stopped states.

Die Cutting Unit The die roller use high-quality cast steel material, surface grinding, balance correction, and separate holes to increase the stability of operation, and the shaft is electroplated.
