Details of perforated base insulation pins
The perforated base insulation pins are designed to fix efficiently
insulation on concrete and any other rough surfaces. It consists of
a pin, firmly mounted on a perforated base.Locking washers supplied
in each box.
It is mainly used for the anchoring of wall insulation house, air
duct insulation and thermal insulation of HVAC system.
Material: Stainless steel, alumiunm , Galvanized steel ,
Pins diameter:2.7mm,3.0mm
Length:25-250mm.
Base: 40*40mm or 50*50mm square perforated base.

to use the perforated base insulation pins
First step, clean the construction surface, and then stick a little
glue on the bottom of the mesh insulation nail to the construction
surface. After the glue is dry, the construction can be carried
out. Penetrate the insulation board through the nail tip, and then
use the self-locking gasket to pass through the tail of the
insulation nail, then press the insulation board, and bend the tail
of the insulation nail appropriately according to the thickness of
the insulation layer.
