    Key process of the mango processing line


    Now Shanghai Gofun machinery company will introduce the information of mango pulp puree or mango paste concentrate processing line to show it works.


    1. Elevator

    This machine is used to deliver fresh mango from outside the building to inside.


    2. Washing

    Before crushing, need to washing fresh fruit carefully. For washing, we can use the bubble washing machine and brush & spray washing machine together. If the washing requirement is high, more stages of washing can be added. Also, for a better cleaning effect, we can add ultrasonic cleaning and ozone cleaning.


    3. Destoning

    The mango destoner is running with speed of 1470 r/min to crush fresh mango to make sure all the mango cores and peals are fully cleaned, which can greatly reduce the waste and improve the pulp yield. The cores will be sent outside factory, and the pulp will be pumped to next step.

    4. Preheating

    The pre-heater is used to heat the product after crusher, the temperature is adjustable, normally from 45℃ to 85℃. This processing step, would help to higher the juice rate for next step, and also can protect the color and taste of the final product.


    5. Horizontal spiral centrifugal

    The machine is used to reduce solids and impurities and ensure the mango pulp puree no impurities and black points.


    6. Sterilizing

    This way also can protect the test and nutrients of tomato paste as much as possible. The whole system adopts programmable control. The operating system adopts the image man-machine interface, which is convenient for intuitively grasping the operating status of each component of the device.

    7. Aseptic Filling

    CIP and auto SIP available together with sterilizer. Easy to adjust to match the different volumes and sizes of aseptic bags

    8. Storage or go blending

    The finished product can be stored or used as the raw material to make the tomato sauce or ketchup.


    9. Mixing and blending

    The tomato paste or fruit concentrate in the aseptic bag in drum can be taken out during the dry season for repacking to ensure continuous production.



    10. Degassing & Homogenizing

    Degassing machine is used to remove the bubbles and airs in the fruit pulp or mixed product. Homogenizer in food processing means to refine the material under the triple action of extrusion, strong impact and pressure loss expansion, so that the materials can be mixed with each other more evenly.

    11. Pasteurizing

    Kill the bacterial of the mixed product and improve the shelf-life.


    12. Different packages filling system

    For weighing, filling, sealing of the final package.



    13. Water Spray or Immersion Pasteurizing and Cooling

    It is the ideal equipment for materials to achieve the purpose of extending shelf life through sterilization, heat preservation and cooling, especially the secondary sterilization equipment necessary for automated production lines.

    14. Air drying

    Dry the metal can or sachet bag after the pasteurization.


    15. Power Station of the whole plant

    The system includes steam supply, compressed air supply, cooling water supply, ice water supply, power supply and so on.

    Main equipment: steam boiler, water cooling tower, air compressor, RO water treatment, ice water machine, etc.
