acids, alcohols and other forms of insoluble gum.
2. Due to the leakage of the system, the seal is not strict, the
oil is in heat load for a long time, and the open oil storage and
other reasons, the water and gas in the air settle in the oil,
resulting in water and gas in the oil.

1. Sino-NSH-LV is a dehydration and degassing unit with thermal and
vacuum processing. It is a multifuncational purifier which can
treat various kinds of lubricant oils.
2. Sino-NSH-LV is mainly used to remove dissolved and fee water,and
particulate impurities effectively so as to increase special
indexes of lubricant oil. Combining with vacuum system, the
multi-stage filtration system adopts a high dehydration
efficiency,it has a strong anti-emulsifying capability, which could
separate the large amount of water from oil and trace water from
oil. The clearness of final oil can be under 6 NAS and water can be
under 100PPM after processing with our machine.

What is a lube oil purifier systems?
The Oil Purifier is suitable for treating turbine oil, hydraulic
oil, anti-wear oil, bearing oil or high-viscosity lubricating oil,
and also for purifying the oil with high water content or turbid
emulsification. It can effectively dehydrating and removing
impurities from old oil, final oil becomes limpid. Generally used
for the purification of hydraulic oil and lubricating oil etc. When
the oil contains too much water and impurities, it must be treated
again.
A lube oil purifier basically purifies every type of lube oil. This
can remove impurities, gas, moisture, acid, hydrocarbons etc., the
