    IEC 60587/IEC 60112 High Voltage Tracking Index Tester Machine

    Description:

    High Voltage tracking tester suit for electronic products, household appliances and other materials resistance to tracking and erosion test, simulate the frequency (48HZ-62HZ) or a corresponding DC Voltage, liquid contaminants and ramps samples by electrical resistance to tracking and erosion measurements assessed under severe environmental conditions of electrical insulating materials resistance to tracking and erosion levels.

    IEC 60587 : Test methods for evaluating resistance to tracking and erosion of electrical insulating materials used under severe ambient conditions

    Feature:

    1. Over-current protection : when the electric current value flowing through the specimen is more than 60mA
    2. Selection of series resistance : 1 kΩ, 10 kΩ, 22 kΩ, 33 kΩ 1% Grade 200 W
    3. Variable voltage settings : 0 ~ 6 kV
    4. 1.5% accuracy about entered value with a voltmeter
    5. Using timer, a simple TEST hour setting function by hour / minute / second
    6. Notification function : In 6 hours test, if the specimen is bad, the buzzer and flashing light starts working.
