Decription:
This product is suitable for all movable car-bottom elevators that
require overload signals and escalators that run in an
energy-saving manner. It has a very high cost performance. Since
the Hall sensor is used to achieve non-contact (induction) working
mode, it does not directly bear the effect of elevator load, so it
has a long working life and good stability. Overcome the defect
that the mechanical overload switch is easily damaged.
In addition, this product has the characteristics of simple
structure, small size, high precision, convenient installation and
debugging, and low price, so as to realize the detection of
elevator car overload.
Working principle:
This system is based on the principle of the elastic change of the
movable car bottom when the elevator is loaded. The Hall sensor
detects the displacement change, so as to realize the overload
detection of the elevator car.
Red and black: power supply, AC/DC24V(±10%) 100mA, do not
distinguish between positive and negative poles during DC output
Yellow and brown wires: relay moving and closing contacts
White and green wires: relay break contacts
Contact capacity: DC/AC48V/500mA
Note: Do not directly connect the output line of this product to an
external power supply, so as not to cause a short circuit and
damage the product
