Workflow of corn color separator:

The selected material (corn) enters the corn color separator from the hopper at the top. Through the vibration of the vibrator device, the selected material (corn) slides down along the channel, accelerates its fall, enters the observation area in the sorting room, and passes between the sensor and the background plate. Under the action of the light source, according to the light intensity and color change, the system generates an output signal to drive the solenoid valve to work, blow out different color particles to the waste cavity of the receiving hopper, and the well-selected materials continue to fall to the finished product cavity of the receiving hopper, so as to achieve the purpose of selection.

The imperfect corn grains, stones, moldy grains, black paste grains, and other impurities are sorted, and the clean rate is 99%. The defective corn products are effectively eliminated, and the selected corn is of high quality. 53.88 million pixel HD accurate identification of materials, one key intelligent operation, better sorting effect.
