Production Line:
Washing flow machine:
1. Washing time is 30-60s;
2. Washing process is for washing off the potato starch on the
potato chips which can keep it from fall in the oil and keep
long-use life for the frying machine;
Electric dryer:
1. With big air volume centrifugal turbofan, and small sharp air
outlet, enable quick drying;
2. With SUS 304 mesh belt, mesh belt width could be 500-1000mm;
3. Mesh speed adjustable by gearbox;
4. With turnover type or flat type mesh belt, suitable for
different products drying;
5. Each unit of blowing fan can be controlled separately;
6. Suitable for production line, continuously working;
Continuous frying machine:
1. Optional heating method: electricity, gas, steam,
electromagnetism, etc;
2. Frying time can be set, automatic temperature control 0-300°C;
3. Double mesh belt and the conveyor speed is adjustable;
4. Can be equipped with oil filter machine and oil tank;
5. Equipped with mesh lifting system, easy to
clean,fire-extinguishing device is optional;
6. With oil storage tank and oil pump;
Vibrating de-oil machine
1. lt is used to remove some oil by vibrating;
2. It is equipped with oil collection board and oil collection box;
3. Overcome the potato chip oil rate is high, greasy mouth defects.
It enhances the flavor of the chips;
4. Put the fried chips into the De - oiling machine, then the chips
will be ok for one minutes.
Packing machine:
1. Full-automatic Weigh-Form-Fill-Seal type, efficient and simple
to use;
2. Use famous brand electric and pneumatic components, stable and
long life circle;
3. Use superior mechanical components, reduce the wear out loss;
4. When packing, gas is filled into the aluminum plastic bag, and
the potato chip production line can effectively prevent the chips
from breaking, Charging, packing and coding are completed at one
time.
