1. Warranty is for 2 years: During the warranty period, we will
maintain and replace the defect components for free if there is any
quality problem due to us. After 2 years, we will charge the
material and freight cost.
2. Free Training: You can send your engineers to our factory for
free of charge training, which includes the software, operation,
installation, adjustment, basic repairing, etc.
3. Technical Support: All operation manuals, software, CAD drawings
of the steel structure and instruction of installing the cabinets
can be provided for free. Online technical support by remote
control is also available. If needed, we can send engineers to your
country to instruct and help the installation.
4. If you need, we can send our engineer to guide the installation
for you. But the relevant cost should be paid by your company such
hotel, food, round trip ticket.

Q1: What is the Warranty for LED?
A1: We have 2 years warranty.
Q2: How soon can I get samples for test to check quality?
A2: After price confirm,for our normal products(not customized
products),we can send samples for you in 7 days. And our samples
usually not for free, after large order placed samples costs can be
refundable.
Q3: Can you accept OEM&ODM service business?
A3: Yes,we can. We can customized the products, labels, package as
your demands.
Q4: How to proceed an order for led light?
A4: Firstly let us know your requirements or application.
Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our
suggestions.
Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal

A5:Standard terms: T/T in advance. Large amount: L/C at sight.
Small amount like sample fees: Paypal and Western Union.

A6: Within 7 days for the sample order, and 15-25 days for bulk

A7: For small order, by express. For large order, if you need
