System
Dense-phase pneumatic conveying system is specially applied to a variety of dust long-distance sealed
transport; the adaptive conveying distance equivalent is 50-500
meters, transport materials: fly ash, lime powder, cement, aluminum
powder, mineral powder, saw dust, straw and so on. The equipment is
simple, with small occupation area, it can make full use of space,
and pipelines can be flexible layout, so that the configuration of
the plant equipment will be more rational. System configuration is
complete, PLC set control the entire system, fully automated
operation, easy maintenance.
Working Principle
In the feeding process, the material is fed into the sending tank
through the double butterfly valve or expansion butterfly valve,
and the replaced air is released through the exhaust valve, which
makes feeding easier and eliminates the reverse pressure that
hinders the flow of materials. When the sending tank is full (up to
90% of the tank volume indicated by the level meter), the feed
valve and exhaust valve are closed and sealed at the same time.
Then, compressed air is added to the top of the sending tank
through the inlet valve, and the added compressed air is mixed with
the materials. When the pressure in the tank reaches the set value,
the bottom discharge valve will be opened automatically, and then
the whole conveying pipeline will be pressurized The material is
transported in the form of plunger until the material is emptied.
When the pressure in the sending tank drops to zero, the pneumatic
supply is closed, and a small amount of residual gas is discharged
from the sending tank and the transmission pipeline.
Product Features
1) It is suitable for scattered transportation from one place to
several places. That is, the feed point is one, and the discharge
point can be one or more.
2) Compared with the suction type, the concentration and transport
distance can be greatly increased.
3) Under the condition of positive pressure, the material is easily
removed from the discharge port, so the structure of separator and
precipitator is simple, and generally there is no need to lock the
air.
4) Blower or air compressor at the first end of the system,
requiring low level of air purification.
5) Under the positive pressure, the material is not easy to enter
the conveying pipe, so the structure of the feeding device is more
complicated.
6) The material runs in the closed tube, does not raise dust, and
the environment is clean and tidy.
7) Low energy consumption and low noise.
8) The pipeline layout is flexible and covers a small area.
9) Can be long-distance transmission, up to more than 500 meters.
