The electric flat transfer carts is equipped with manual clutch device on both sides of the reducer. When the car fails to run, the manual clutch can be moved to the wheel side by the handle (an extension rod is added when loading), so that the wheel shaft and reducer shaft can be separated. The rail car can be manually pushed (or drawn) to move the car for maintenance, or it can be changed into a non-powered rail car for continuous use.
