1. Introduction
This machine is used for inlaying tiny, hard to handle or irregular
metallographic and lithofacies samples before grinding and
polishing. After inlaying, it is easy to grind and polish the
sample. At the same time, it is also helpful to observe the
material structure under the metallographic microscope; Test the
hardness of the sample on the hardness tester.
1.1 working principle
The machine is mainly composed of cylinder liner, heating sleeve,
upper cover plate, upper mold, lower mold, screw rod, bevel gear,
hand wheel, spring, limit switch, temperature controller, timer and
other parts.
1, It is used for hand wheel, and its force makes the lower die
move upward through bevel gear, screw rod and other parts;
2, The inlay material is extruded and filled, and then the spring
is extruded by the force;
3, When the spring is pressed to the position of the limit switch,
the pressure maintaining indicator light is on;
4, After the mosaic material is heated, the spring moves, and the
pressure holding indicator light goes out. At this time, it is
necessary to continue to shake the hand wheel for several times
until the pressure holding time meets the requirements.
5, Reverse the hand wheel to release the pressure, open the upper
cover plate, shake the hand wheel and take out the sample.
The inlay material of this machine is limited to thermosetting
materials. The pressing temperature of different thermosetting
materials can be adjusted and determined according to the
materials.

3. Installation precautions
3.1 the equipment must have good grounding and adopt single-phase
three pole standard power socket.
3.2 the equipment shall be installed on the stable and vibration
free working table with the ambient temperature of 10 ℃ - 30 ℃; The
relative humidity is less than 85%, and there is no corrosive gas
and conductive dust around.
3.3 there is a certain temperature on the upper cover plate and the
top of the equipment. Pay attention to burns during use!
3.4 install the upper hand wheel and wipe the antirust oil on the
upper and lower moulds.
3.5 it is normal that there will be a small amount of smoke during
the first heating.
