Pipe in Pipe Corrugated Sheath Pipe Production Machine

Below pipe production line is used to produce single wall corrugated sheath pipe, inserting PEX-AL-PEX pipe or other plastic pipes inside. It's also called pipe in pipe.
Pipe in pipe is an excellent system for hot and cold water. It is completely impervious to internal and external corrosion and prevents the build-up of stone sediments.

1) Extrusion die head structure is special design for those type pipe in pipe making, to insert the inner PEX-AL-PEX pipe inside.
2) The corrugated pipe forming device adopt vacuum forming type. The forming model is precsion, and easy to change different sizes.
3)Adopting SIEMENS PLC control system to control the whole line, like extruder start/stop, vacuum start/stop, Haul-off speed sync control and start/stop;
and also with safety protection alarm and stop function.
