Working Principle of gluten washing drum sieve
Wheat flour paste kneaded by dough mixer or other method is sent
into rotary drum by feeding device, rolling forward in the drum and
completely
washed by spray system. There doesn’t exists mesh at the early
stage of the drum, while little-size gluten wouldn’t leak and would
be rolled to
mass.
