1.About excavator bearing:

The installation and removal methods of excavator bearings should be determined according to the

structure, size and matching properties with excavator bearing parts.

The pressure of installation and disassembly should be directly applied to the end face of the tight-fitting

excavator bearing ring,

and the pressure cannot be transmitted through the excavator bearing rolling body, because it will cause

indentation on the working surface of the excavator bearing,

affect the normal operation of the excavator bearing, and even damage the excavator bearing. Parts such

as the cage, sealing ring and dust cover of the excavator bearing are easy to deform,

and the pressure of installing or disassembling the excavator bearing cannot be added to these parts.

2.Excavator bearing type:

Excavator bearings include: Excavator walking bearing, excavator rotary bearing, excavator needle roller

bearing, excavator gearbox bearing, excavator walking motor bearing, excavator walking drive bearing,

excavator joint bearing, the rotary support bearing of the excavator and the English non-standard

bearing used on the excavator.

3.Excavator bearing Use :

(1) improper adjustment of gear shifting device, if the transmission of this type of excavator adopts

mechanical manual gear shifting mode, if the gear shift lever, vertical shaft, horizontal shaft and vertical

fixing screw are loose, the transmission can also "jump ". Wear of variable speed transmission mechanism
(2) sudden change of external load due to the working nature of the excavator and the design of the

machine itself, sudden change of external load will also lead to "gear jump" of its transmission ". When

the road surface is uneven, the excavator runs downhill or the driving route is improper and the external

load suddenly changes, this sudden change of load will act on the gear engagement gear of the

transmission through wheels and transmission shaft, making the gear engagement gear disengage due

to axial thrust, causing the transmission to "jump ".
