Battery Laser Welding Machine
Product Description:
The machine uses high-speed scanning galvanometer, uniform spot,
firm welding, small molten pool, beautiful welding pattern. Two
galvanometers can be coupled twice to realize simultaneous welding
on both sides. Welding can be carried out in narrow parts and deep
cavity parts without damaging the surrounding walls, deforming the
product or sinking the periphery of the welding pool. Suitable for
precision welding of various metal sheets.
Product Features
1. Using continuous fiber laser, high electro-optical conversion
rate, good beam quality, high peak power and good stability.
2. The movement of the scanning galvanometer lens replaces the
movement of the workpiece, which is more than 8 times faster than
the traditional welding method.
3. The fiber core diameter is small, and the welding spot can be as
small as 0.2mm. It can weld high-reflective materials such as
copper and aluminum, and perform spot welding, tailor welding or
stitch welding on thin metal plates.
4. The machine is compact in structure, modular in design, easy to
function expansion, and used with automation equipment.
5. Through energy spectroscopy or time spectroscopy, simultaneous
welding or time-sharing welding can be realized, which can realize
one-to-two working mode.
6. The equipment has a long service life, no routine maintenance,
and supports multiple language switching.
