Gabion Mesh Basket Introduction:
Gabion Mesh is also called gabion box, stone gabion mesh,gabion
basket, hexagonal wire netting gabion and gabion wall etc.
According to its weave method, it includes hexagonal gabion mesh
and welded gabion mesh. It also could be classified into gabion
box, gabion mat( ), gabion mesh sack, hesco barrier (hesco bastion,
flood barrier, security gabion) and system. Gabion mesh could be
electro galvanized gabion mesh,hot dipped galvanized gabion mesh,
zinc-aluminum-mischmetal (Zn-Al-MM) alloy gabion mesh (Galfan
gabion mesh), polyester powder(PVC) coated gabion mesh and
polyester powder(PVC) coated after galvanized gabion mesh etc.
For both of hexagonal gabion mesh and welded gabion mesh, field
installation is quick and easy. In fact, welded type gabion’s
installation time can be as much as 40% less than required by
hexagonal type gabion. Unlike hexagonal type, Welded Gabion hold
their shape better – they don’t bulge out when filled,they are easy
to handle, which means more work,less labor and highter
productivity.
Gabion Mesh Basket Details:
1.Raw material:high quality low carbon steel wire or stainless
steel wire etc..
2.Wire diameter: 2.00-4.00mm.
3.Mesh opening: 60X80mm,80X100mm,80X120mm, 50.8 x 50.8mm(2” x2”)
and 76.2 x 76.2mm(3” x3”) etc..
4. Gabion sizes: 2m x 1m x 1m, 3m x 1m x 1m, 4m x 1m x 1m, 2m x 1m
x 0.5m and 4m x 1m x 0.5m etc..
5.Surface treatment: galvanization, galfan,polyester powder
coating(PVC coating), polyester powder coating(PVC coating) after
galvanization and polyester powder coating(PVC coating) after
galfan etc..
