Hot dipped Galvanized hexagonal gabion wire mesh basket / box
Gabion basket also named gabion box, is weaved by corrosion
resistance, high strength and good ductility galvanized wire or PVC
coating wire through mechanical. The Material of Wire can be
zinc-5% aluminum alloy (galfan) wire, low carbon steel wire,
stainless steel wire or iron wire.
Sack Gabion Mattress is similar with gabion basket. But gabion
mattress's height is lower than gabion basket, structure is flat
and big. Gabion basket and gabion mattress are stone containers,
uniformly partitioned into internal cells, interconnected with
other containers and filled with stone at site to form flexible,
permeable, monolithic structures to control and guide water or
flood, protect dam or seawall, or used as retaining walls, channel
lining and other applications.
The Gabion net is made of high-quality low-carbon steel wire,with
tensile strength of steel wire more than 380N/m2,wire diameter up
to 2.0mm-4.0mm.The surface is protected by hot dipped galvanized
zinc layer.The galvanized amount can be customized.Maximum amount
of zinc coat can reach 500g/m2.
