Standard machine configuration
1. Labeling wheel:Absorb the cut label,and label onto the specific
area of bottle stable and precisely.
2. Separator screw and wheel: to separate products equidistantly
before into the labeling.
3. Conveyors:3meter with power and conveyor belt,can connect with
filling machine and wrapping machine directly,or by connecting
plate.
4. Label cutter:Cut the roll label into pieces to ensure each piece
is of same length.
5. Gluing roller:Gluing roller is where spread hot melt glue onto
the two end of the cut label on labeling wheel.The glue will only
be spread onto the two end of the label to avoid glue pollution on
other area of label.
6. E-rectify system:Auto rectify the labeling position ensure each
label is at horizontal position.
7. Glue tank: To store hot melt glue and melt glue power
efficient,glue melting temperature self adjustable,ensure best
viscidity max melting temperature 180oc.
8. Label roll station:With potential meter and servo motor(label
end and end difference within 1mm),auto adjust tightness of
label,to ensure stable label feeding.
9. Label feeding roller:With control of servo motor,ensure label
feeding is at horizontal level.
