The Function Of Rifling
Injection molds mainly produce plastic products, the heat melted
plastic is injected into the cavity by the injection molding
machine under high pressure, and then cooled and solidified, some
plastic injection products are designed with screws at both ends,
the inserts with the screws are used for injection molding, the
thread is integrally formed on the plastic product, because the
thread insert must be unscrewed from the plastic product before the
next step of demolding, while the traditional thread insert is
mostly driven by a motor or a rack-driven mechanism, the screw
inserts are controlled to rotate, and the mold space is limited.
the traditional motors need to take up a lot of space. at the same
time, the angle of rotation of the motor is difficult to control. a
