SRL-Z series plastic mixer is mainly used for the
preparation,mixing,cooling and drying of PE,PP,PVC and other
resins.At the same time,it is suitable for the drying and degassing
before the molding and processing of ABS,PC and other engineering
plastics.The machine is composed of heating mixer and cooling
mixer.

FEATURES
With natural exhaust and vacuum system, it can remove water inside
the material effectively. This machine uses ceramic heating ring,
which is durable and easy to maintain.
Compactor cutter can effectively dry materials, high-speed forced
feed into the screw after the material reaches a certain
temperature, improve the output and reduce the heating of the screw
to the plastic, accelerate the plasticization process, save energy
effectively.
Hydraulic screen changer is installed on the die-head of the
granulator to effectively remove the impurities in the material.
The special design of the granulator head part can effectively
remove the hidden moisture inside the material and improve the
granulation quality. Different quality of the finished product can
be produced through different mesh filters. Stainless steel 304 net
can be used. It doesn’t need to be changed frequently.
