Description:
Instead of a traditional sewing machine that stitches two pieces of
cloth together through a needle-driven thread, the disadvantages of
puncture and uneven bonding of the cloth are improved. The 20K
ultrasonic seamless stitching system is completely synchronized
with the rotation of the welding wheel and the pressing wheel
during stitching. There is no speed and angle difference, and it
will not cause the stretching, distortion or deformation of the
fabric, and the accuracy is extremely high. All thermoplastic
(softened after heating) fabrics, special tapes, and films can be
welded using ultrasonic seamless stitching equipment. The rollers
are made of quenched steel to extend the service life.
