Q1: How to get a quotation?
A: Please suggest us the oe number or picture, quantity, etc., and
then send your email to us or contact our employees through the
trade manager.
Q2. Are you a manufacturer?
Answer: Yes, we are an industry and trade company. For other auto
parts, we have long-term cooperative relations with some factories,
so we can always get the most competitive prices at the best
quality.
Q3. What about your service?
A: In time. Be careful. Before sales, we will use our software to
check the correct OE number to avoid errors. After sending, we will
track the product for you every two days until you get the product.
When you receive the goods, test them and give me feedback. If you
have any questions about the problem, please contact us, we will
provide you with a solution.
Q4. What is the sample cost?
A: Please contact our sales staff and tell them the model you need,
they will check the sample cost for you (some are free). And the
customer pays the delivery cost.
Q5. What is the minimum order quantity?
A: If we have stock, there is no minimum order quantity. If not,
please contact our sales staff, different items are different.
Q6. Can you accept OEM or ODM orders?
Yes, we can. Custom orders are also welcome.
Q7. delivery time?
A: 10-15 working days. The exact time depends on the quantity.
Q8. What is the warranty policy?
Answer: Usually 12-18 months.
Q9. What are your packaging conditions?
Answer: Normally, we pack the goods in a neutral brown carton. If
you have a legally registered patent, we will package the goods in
your brand box after receiving your authorization.
Q10. Can it be produced according to samples?
Yes, we can produce according to your samples or technical
drawings. We can manufacture molds and fixtures.
