Applications
Longitudinal stockyard bridge bucket wheel reclaimer is widely used
in raw material stockyards of steel industries to satisfy the
process requirements of blending and reclaiming bulk materials such
as coal, mineral powder, and fine ore.

The bridge-type bucket wheel reclaimer is mainly composed of a
traveling mechanism, scraping system, bucket wheel reclaimer
mechanism, beam, electrical control room, etc.
Working principle
The bucket wheel mechanism of the bridge bucket wheel reclaimer
runs back and forth along the length of the bridge. On the
cross-section of the material pile, the reclaimer of the bucket
wheel device reclaiming materials at the different material piles
for the first time, and the bucket wheel device rotating around the
main beam unloads the materials taken down at the low level into
the receiving belt conveyor arranged in the main beam at the high
level for the second time, When the reclaimed materials are
unloaded to the ground belt conveyor of the system, the third
blending of materials is completed. In this way, the process of
continuous reclaiming and unloading completes the reclaiming work.
Bucket-wheel reclaimers are all specifically designed based on our
client's technical requirements and incorporate various solutions
according to the client's specific application. An important part
of the bridge-type bucket wheel reclaimer is the tripper car and
integrated conveying system which conveys the material to the
bucket-wheel boom and then to the stockpile.
