The SSI crawler-mounted transfer conveyors, matched with the unloading truck, mainly realizes the transfer function of materials in the waste dump, and can also realize separate and simple direct discharge. The crawler walking mechanism has low requirements for the site, and the grounding specific pressure is no more than 0.1MPa, so as to adapt to the harsh working environment in various mines. The capacity range of unloading crawler-mounted transfer conveyors designed by our company from 500-5000t/h, which can meet different process requirements and working environment of users.

Working principle

During operation, the unloading conveyor belt will conveying the materials to the receiving belt conveyor of the dumper, then the receiving belt conveyor will conveying them to the discharging belt conveyor, and finally the bulk materials will be discharged to the dump.
